Krishna Bhatt to change Lapataganj!

March 25, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):SAB TV’s “Lapataganj’ which always exhibits the darker side of a coin, showcasing that the villages had not been given that much attention in spite of being an independent and democratic country. The show also witnesses some or the other characters entering the village and creating a mess. And thus once again to brew such anarchy, Krishna Bhatt, the Bollywood cum Television actor will join hands with the team of Lapataganj and henceforth will be seen along with all other characters.
We contacted Krishna and he said, “I am not doing any cameo but I will be henceforth making people laugh with the team. My entry will be telecast today and will be essaying a role as a fashion designer named Elizabeth Yadav who is basically from Lapataganj but had left the village for some years to study fashion designing from one of his Guru, Uuchkoti Mohanchoti Venkataparam who resides in South India. Thus, after a long period he is back in Lapataganj.”
Elaborating on the sequence, he says, “As Elizabeth want to change the style and attire of people living in Lapataganj, he insist all to wear the modern clothes which he had made and every one falls for it except Mukundilal. Finally, after lots of trial he realizes that even if he could make the people appear modern their basic mentality remains the same.” adds Krishna.
Signing off the conversation he says, “Eventually, he starts tailoring in Lapataganj and forgets about making Lapataganj a modern and well developed place.”
