Kirstie Alley Big Life Hits Small Screen Today

kirstieLos Angeles, March 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) “Kirstie Alley Big Life” will go on air today at the A&E. The reality show will show the actress shed her extra pounds along with one of her obese friend Jim. Kirstie Alley has been recently promoting her new show along with her new diet program called Organic Liaison. The actress had reportedly said that the show “Kirstie Alley Big Life”, will be a ‘good reality TV’.

According to the A&E channel, viewers who have seen the actress gain weight and lose it and gain it again will be interested to see whether she will be able to lose it again this time. Kristie Alley herself has said at a recent interview that she had always needed a second attempt to get things right. She hopes like her cigarette addiction which she gave up on a second attempt, she would be able to get rid of the extra pounds this time and able to maintain it for the rest of her life. “Kirstie Alley Big Life” then will be a series which will show the struggle of the actress with herself to regain the long lost shape.

“Kirstie Alley Big Life” will show the actress battling her weight but with a comic touch where she would joke on her own extra pounds. She thinks that the reality series will be different from other unscripted reality shows which the actress herself reportedly hates. The show according to many will help the actress not only to gain limelight again for her onscreen presence but also to promote the new weight loss program.

    Didn’t diet guru Jillian Michaels just get sued three times over for promoting a weight loss product. Not saying that’s right, just that it may not be the wisest business move.

    There’s an interesting post over at the Health Journal Club that makes the case that people should just not eat anything that wasn’t a food 100 years ago. Gets rid of the aspartame, bleached GM flour, high fructose corn syrup garbage they try to pass off as food these days. If interested you can read on it here,
