Kirsten Dunst gatecrashes audition party
September 20th, 2009 - 1:55 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Sep 20 (IANS) Actress Kirsten Dunst reportedly turned up uninvited to a party in New York to participate in an audition for a movie role.
The 27-year-old gatecrashed a lunchtime event at The Plaza Hotel’s Oak Room to be tested for a role in Oscar-winning director Jane Campion’s forthcoming movie “Runaway” based on a series of short stories by Alice Munro.
She was trying hard to impress the filmmaker, reports digitalspy.co.uk.
“Kirsten is tap-dancing like crazy to get a job,” an onlooker told New York Daily News.
Dunst’s spokesperson has yet to respond to the claims.
The “Spider-Man” actress had recently sparked health fears after going back to her drinking habits.
