New York, Aug 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Kim Kardashian and husband Kris Humphries have flown to a secret destination in Europe for their honeymoon after their lavish wedding ceremony last weekend. PEOPLE magazine reportedly paid $1.5 million to secure the exclusive rights to publish the pictures of the marriage.

The magazine has unveiled the cover of their special edition which will feature the pictures of the wedding. The edition will hit the newsstands on Friday and they will contain exclusive pictures of the event which was attended by several A-rated celebrities.

The parent company of PEOPLE, Time Inc. is reportedly counting on huge volume sales to recoup the amount they spent to get the rights.

Kim is the most famous of the Kardashian family which has taken the reality television industry by storm. The family is also into the fashion business owning some trending lines.

Branding expert Linda Ong recently told The Hollywood Reporter that, “The Kardashians represent a new type of exotic subculture. . . . Today, when most people are just trying to survive, seeing them thrive gives us all hope.”

E! has reported that they will air the entire wedding in a special broadcast in October. The network airs “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” which is the signature reality show of Kardashian.
