Kim Kardashian is the world’s first 3D cover girl
August 2nd, 2011 - 9:23 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattHollywood, Aug 2 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Reality television star Kim Kardashian is set to become the world’s first 3D cover girl. The 30-year-old is featured on the front and middle spread of the August edition of the magazine World’s Most Beautiful. The pictures of Kim were shot by her personal photographer Nick Saglimbeni using special cameras.
E! News reports that the concept of a 3D picture was conceived by Nick and the whole process was strictly kept from the fore. The entertainment website said the secrecy of the project meant Kim was even kept out of the details.
In an interview with E! News, Kim said that, “I work with Nick all the time and he is my favorite photographer. He just makes everyone feel so comfortable and confident…He just wants to have fun and make beautiful photos.”
She was impressed with the outcome of the photo shoot. She described the images as “magical” saying she is impressed with the application of the 3D technology. She is wondering the next application of the technology.
Kim’s edition of the World’s Most Beautiful magazine will be released at the various vendors on the 8th of August. The magazine will also be available on the purchase of iPhone, iPad or Android phones.
