The last time that the two had declared their single status was back in 2009, but the cozy couple had been back together again soon enough. It remains to be seen whether they would be back together this time too or not, but the reasons seem to be pretty serious this time around. To top it all, there is also the hint of a possible female spice in the story, and rumors abound that Kim Kardashian might actually be moving on with her love life.

Apparently, Reggie Bush had always preferred to shy away from the limelight, something he hardly managed to do with a rising star of a girlfriend by his side. According to reports provided by close sources of the reality television star, all the spotlight that kept being trained on his girlfriend, and subsequently got focused on him too, became a bit too much for the New Orleans Saints player. Moreover, there are also suggestions that he had some problems with the increasingly busy schedule of Kim Kardashian, which he naturally did not want to cut down on.

However, some reports claim that the real reason might be January Gessert, a waitress, who has been spotted with Reggie Bush at times. However, the player commented that they are only longtime friends, and that she is dating his best friend. On the other hand, Kim Kardashian is also rumored to be far more mature than Reggie Bush, which is being stated as the real cause of the break up.
