Kim Cattrall supports euthanasia
August 5th, 2011 - 3:34 am ICT by IANSLos Angeles, Aug 5 (IANS) “Sex and the City” star Kim Cattrall has pledged her support to a campaign calling for legalisation of euthanasia or assisted suicide.
Cattrall has become a patron of Dignity in Dying, a group lobbying for reform of Britain’s Suicide Act 1961.
“A law to allow assisted dying would protect dying people from the awful situations they currently face if they want some control over their death,” contactmusic.com quoted the 54-year-old as saying.
