Though some fans heard the single premiering on the radio in June this year, the digital download on iTunes became available on August 24. Fans all over have been scrambling for the single as it also features the incredible Kanye West. The single cover has also been released on the web and it shows the rapper in a sleek suit inside what looks like a dried up pool. The latest single called ‘Erase Me’ has been highly anticipated by the fans who were blown over by the first studio album of Kid Cudi called ‘Man on the Moon: End of Day’.

Kanye West is also in the middle of a comeback from his self imposed exile after the MTV VMA incident last year. He was in the news for the release of his new video called ‘Power’. There are also reports circulating on the web that he could appear on stage with Taylor Swift in the next VMAs. For Kid Cudi, Kanye West will serve as the perfect vehicle to bring him back to the limelight. The single is produced by Jim Jonsin and is from his upcoming album named ‘Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr.Ragers’.

Reports indicate that the new album, ‘Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr.Ragers’ will take the audience into the reality of the rapper. The songs will be showcasing the fun, dark and ignorant moments of the rapper. His previous album, ‘Man on the Moon: The End of Day’ showed his dream world and the new one will bring them back to reality, according to the star.
