Kian Egan & Jodi Albert welcomes their baby Koa

The singer and wife Jodi Albert welcomed their first baby on Tuesday. The two have been married for two years. They have however been in a relationship for five years prior to their wedding in 2009.
Shortly after the birth of the baby, Egan took to Twitter to announce the news. He was also full of praise for his wife on the tweet. He said that, “Our little baby boy ‘Koa’ was born today at 6.10pm. Jodi Albert is an amazing woman. Love them both so much. Both doing amazing, so proud. X”
He further thanked all the fans for the prayers and their support during the period. He admitted that the number of well wishers after the birth of the baby shocked him. The singer has reportedly been staying close to the family in anticipation of the arrival of the baby.
After the baby was born, Egan told the British newspaper the Mail that he felt ‘half asleep’ explaining that, “We had a long night last night so we’re both very tired. But we’re here in the hospital and all is fine.”
Westlife have announced that they will disband after a concert in Dublin next year.
