One can surely got to see talented people in America’s top reality show “America’s Got talent” but it was Kevin Skinner who ousted the others who had gathered for the auditions, through his singing performance. Its been said that this guy, an unemployed farmer from Mayfield, Kentucky, impressed all when he beautifully sang Garth Brooks “If tomorrow never comes”. The capability of this guy was not anticipated by the judges since he came in a simple dress with just a baseball cap on his head and his guitar, lacking the ‘Hollywood look’ that his fellow competitors shared.

It was in the middle of his singing that one could make out that he will make it to the second round. While David Hasselhoff was almost speechless, just uttering a “wow”, another judge of the show, Pier’s Morgan added, “I’m not much of a country music fan but but this guy’s got real talent. This was one of the most emotional, powerful performances I’ve seen in a long time.”

This 35 year old country singer tells that he is basically not an employed person, as he earns his living by catching chickens. His simplicity and charm was evident not only in his singing but in the way he made the audience laugh while he was giving his introductions.

Making a Debut in 2006, “America’s Got Talent” is a reality show where dancers, singers, magicians, comedians all compete with each other to win $1 million. Besides Hasselhoff and Morgan, the show is also judged by Sharon Osborne. This last episode also featured dancing groups like “The Fav Five”and the “Diva League” and comedians besides Kevin’s performance.
