Kevin Nealon Geared Up To Appear On Tv Once Again

Nov. 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Birthday boy (or rather man), Kevin Nealon, who turns 56 today, will come back to the small screen as the host for the sixth ‘Annual Funniest Commercials Of The Year’ special. This is however, not the first time Nealon would be seen hosting the show on TBS, having done it before. The show involves hosts, who say funny jokes between the best of the corny commercials ever. The last time Nealon hosted the show, he was appreciated for giving out a performance that was compared to Bob Saget, which had the audience in splits. TBS has begun the countdown for the show, which will be airing on December 15, Tuesday in an one hour long special from 10.00PM ET/PT.
Kevin, best known for his character of Doug Wilson, which he played on the series ‘Weeds’, even has an Emmy nomination to his credit for his writings of the ‘Saturday Night Live’ show. This is the show where, he got recognized for his talent, playing out several characters from the year 1986 to 1995. His first appearance was however, as a stand up comedian on the Tonight Show with Johny Carson in the year 1984. After being accepted in the industry, movies like Aliens in the Attic, Happy Gilmore, The Wedding Singer, Daddy Day Care etc, came along his way. His memorable ventures also include the character of Nickelodeon’s Glenn Martin DDS, where he gave his voice to the character.
The comedian/actor, has also appeared as himself in the 4th episode of the show ‘Curb your Enthusiasm’ in the year 2005, when the show was running its 5th season. The jack of all trades, also has a book penned down by him which is called “Yes, you’re pregnant, But what about me?” The books was released in 2008, and was a chronicle of his experiences during the pregnancy of his wife.
