Oct 2, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Kevin Bacon, the popular star of Animal House, and Footloose, is all up for grabs by anyone who’s willing to bid the highest on eBay, for a cause!

Yeah, that’s right, the Hollywood hunk has just got his life like bust made purely out of bacon, by a Seattle based company, dealing solely and wholly on bacon. According to reports this is an initiative taken up by a business house dealing in carved bacon products.

The Washington based company, J&D that deals in bacon products has gone on a unique venture, to auction the bacon made life size bust of Kevin Bacon on eBay, and the highest bidder will be the exclusive owner of the exquisitely carved bacon bust! TheWhat do Bacon Do initiative to let artist Mike Lahue create this piece of art is fast becoming an attraction, that everyone wants to own. However, this is not an edible piece of art, so just be careful not to pull the

pieces of bacon from the sculpted bust, if you happen to own it!

The money from the auction will be given out to children suffering from cancer and to their families, which makes this a very attractive venture.

Reports are that the auction is to be on till the 9th of October 2010. The highest current bid has been reported till date is US$ 510.
