Kerry Katona to make her TV return next year?
September 18th, 2010 - 2:26 pm ICT by ANILondon, Sep 18 (ANI): Reality star Kerry Katona is in talks to make a sensational comeback as the face of food giant Iceland.
Kerry, 30, had her 250,000 pound-a-year Iceland contract terminated last year after she was filmed snorting cocaine.
Bosses feared that if they kept her on there would be a backlash from customers.
She had filmed ads for the frozen food chain for four years under the slogan “Mum’s gone to Iceland”, including one with Coleen Nolan, 45.
But now Iceland are keen to sign the mum-of-four up again after her fight against drug and alcohol addiction.
“Kerry is an absolute miracle. She has proved she can be a success despite everything,” the Daily Star quoted a source as saying.
“In the last few months she has gone from a desperate addict to a good mum who has really cleaned up her act,” the source added.
An Iceland spokeswoman said: “There is no-one available to comment.” (ANI)
