Dec 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It was thought to be a huge comeback for her, but it seems as if Kerry Katona’s position on ‘Dancing On Ice’ might be at stake after she cracked two of her ribs at the time of training. She is said to be at rest after the mishap took place. According to medical reports, this Warrington-born star is said to have been suffering “severe pain” although further investigation say that her injury would not hamper her involvement in ‘Dancing On Ice’ 2011. The program is slated to launch on January 9th.

A close source of Kerry Katona said that the actor is in great pain after she had fractured two of her ribs while skating. The problem was that she had kept continuing her practice which has aggravated the fracture all the more. On the contrary, her practice showed how much she was dedicated to her work and how determined she was to make the beginning of ‘Dancing On Ice’. The source said that it was pretty difficult for anyone to carry on practicing all through out the week even after suffering a fracture. The actor has been ordered by medical specialists to take rest and pop in some strong painkillers. Even after that Kerry Katona is still trying her best not to miss out on any appointments. The news of her injury comes up as a massive setback for all her fans.

Sources say that ‘Dancing On Ice’ 2011 was her big chance in winning over the British public once again after her career took a dip. If Kerry Katona makes it next year then she would be competing against stars like Chloe Madeley, Jennifer Metcalfe, Denise Welch, Vanilla Ice, Craig McLachlan and Johnson Beharry.
