Apr 30 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Well, another man from the television reality show ‘Survivor’ has been arrested for assault on a woman. On April 24, I wrote an article which informed readers that Russell Hantz, from the show “Survivor:Heroes vs Villains,” had been arrested for pushing a female down on the ground during a street party in Louisiana. By the way, yes Russell stars on the show as a villain.

And now the story comes that Kenward ‘Boo’ Bernis, yet another “Survivor” contestant (he was on ‘Survivor: Fiji back in 2007) has also been arrested for the same crime, and in the exact same town that Russel was arrested in last week. The bar Bernis was arrested in-’Bootleggers Bar’ is actually co-owned by Russell Hantz (and the plot thickens).

Bernis reportedly walked into the ladies restroom of the bar, grabbed a woman by the arm, and “forcibly moved her” according to Sgt Mark Francis of the Lafayette Police Department. They would not release the woman’s name and were unsure what, if anything prompted the attack. After investigating the situation, Bernis was issued a citation for misdemeanor battery which will require the reality star to appear in court.

Both of these arrest come just after the producer of “Survivor”, Bruce Beresford Redman was arrested in Mexico for the murder of his wife. His arrest took place on his wife’s birthday, and he is believed to have killed her while vacationing with their two children, and then stuffing her into a sewer near the hotel their were staying in.
