Kendra Wilkinson’s fitness regimen includes hikes, bikes and sex

Washington, May 27 (ANI): Hugh Hefner’s ex-girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson has revealed the secret behind her toned, petite body-hikes, bikes and sex.
The former ‘Girls Next door’ star, who is set to marry Philadelphia Eagles player Hank Baskett, has revealed her fitness regimen to keep fit for her June wedding.
“I’m not really doing anything different. We love to hike and go on bike rides,” People magazine quoted her as saying.
And the 23-year-old blonde beauty also credits some bedroom activity for staying in shape.
“A lot of that,” added fiance Baskett, smiling.
The couple recently took time off from the wedding planning, and headed to Las Vegas where Wilkinson hosted the Wet Republic pool party at MGM Grand.
“The planning is great, but we just want to walk down the aisle, say ‘I do’ and go to the honeymoon,” said Wilkinson. (ANI)
