July 7 (THAINDIAN NEWS) During a visit with ‘The Today Show’ promoting her new memoir, ‘Sliding Into Home’, Kendra Wilson described what it was like as a teenager to battle with a meth habit, and move into the Playboy mansion.

While sharing parts of her story with Kathie Lee and Hoda, Kendra revealed that she had began to take drugs at the very young age of 13, just after her father left home. She secretly became a stripper before she moved into the Playboy mansion when she was just 18, and has just recently confessed the stripping to her mother, so that her mother would not have to read about it in Kendra’s new book.

Kathie Lee has already read Kendra’s book, and asked her, “From what I read, you just felt completely out of place at the mansion. And you write in pretty graphic detail about what those nights were like with Hef. Has he read this?”

Kendra’s answer was simple, “That was in the beginning. I’ve always loved him. But going into it I was 18 years old, a very free spirit, but right when I got there I didn’t really know what was going on.”
