Nov 24, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Celebrity couple John Travolta and Kelly Preston are presently enjoying their bliss of parenthood. The couple welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday, the spokesperson of the couple announced the news to the media. The couple named their son as Benjamin and the tiny tot was born in Florida hospital.

The proud parents released a statement after the birth of their baby where they expressed their joy and happiness as they welcomed the youngest member of their family. The baby boy reportedly weighs eight-pound, three-ounce and the doctors say that the baby is in good health. The family statement read that John Travolta, Kelly Preston and their daughter Ella Bleu are presently ecstatic to welcome the newest member in their family. The family statement also confirms that both mother and baby are healthy and are doing well.

Kelly Preston announced the news of her pregnancy on May and said that it is impossible to keep good news and a “secret” under wraps for a long time. The news of her pregnancy came two years after the couple lost their 16-year-old son Jett who died in a fatal seizure when the family was in Bahamas for Holidays. The Golden Globe award-winning actor called the new baby a “miracle” in their lives and said that the family feels blessed because of the amount of support they received during both their happy and difficult times. Previously Kelly Preston said that the whole family is preparing for the arrival of the newest member of the family. She said that she has been cleaning things in the house and her daughter Ella is helping her with household works.
