Kelly Osbourne wants to open own clothing line

London, Feb 19 (IANS) Singer Kelly Osbourne is following in the footsteps of Gwen Stefani and is likely to open her own clothing line soon.
“I want to do one (launch a fashion label) so bad. And I think that Gwen (Stefani) is the perfect example of how to do a line because it’s not like ‘Oh that’s Gwen Stefani for blah, blah, blah.’ You look at it and it’s LAMB (Stefani’s shoe line). I hope I can do something like that soon,” Osbourne has been quoted as saying by contactmusic.com.
The singer had previously admitted that she was approached to create her own fashion range, but she didn’t want to sign up to a label unless she had a say in the designs.
She received sewing lessons from the wardrobe department during her stint on US reality show “Dancing With The Stars” last year in 2009, but at the time she had said she wasn’t “ready” to launch a line.
