Kelly Osbourne sports beehive hairdo at Amy Winehouse’s funeral
July 26th, 2011 - 9:52 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLondon, July 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Several people including celebrities attended the private funeral ceremony of the late singer Amy Winehouse on Tuesday. Kelly Osbourne was also at the funeral and she sported a beehive hairdo as her last respect for the person that she described as a best friend.
On Twitter on Tuesday, Kelly wrote that, “I can’t even breath right my now. I’m crying so hard. I just lost one of my best friends. I love you forever Amy and will never forget the real you!”
The funeral was held in London and Winehouse was laid to rest at the Edgewarebury Cemetery. Winehouse’s father told said “Goodbye” as he watched his 27-year-old daughter lowered into the grave. Several sympathizers sung various songs of the singer who in the past struggled with addiction of both alcohol and drugs.
Winehouse was found dead in her house in London on Friday. When her security team found her, Winehouse was already unconscious. The paramedics were called to the flat but there was little they could do because she was already dead. An autopsy has been conducted on her body and the cause of her death has not been revealed.
Officials say the scene did not suggest there was any foul play in the death of Winehouse.
