London, Oct 28 (ANI): Singer Kelly Osbourne has revealed she used to hate herself when she was called a fat, ugly and spoiled brat, but got over it after transforming herself on American show ‘Dancing With The Stars’.

Kelly, 26, who was known as the chubby, spoiled teen with a drink and drugs problem, transformed completely after she lost three stone as a contestant on the show.

“I used to hate everything about myself. When you’ve been told your entire life that you are fat and ugly and that you are a spoiled brat, you start to play along with it and believe it,” the Sun quoted her as saying.

“There will always be a side of me that doesn’t like myself.

“But Dancing With The Stars completely changed me. I managed to have a total life change and - so far - I’ve kept it up.

“It’s not like I look at myself and think I look amazing. I’m not that kind of girl.

“I’ll always be able to find some self-deprecating comment to make about myself and how I look. But I don’t hate myself any more. That in itself is good enough for me,” she said.

And even a painful split from fiance Luke Worrall in July has failed to put a dent to her sunny outlook or send her spiralling back to her old ways.

“It was the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with. But I’m happy. I’m not putting myself out there to be in another relationship for a while.

“It sounds like a cliche but I am focusing on my career right now,” she added. (ANI)
