London, June 27 (IANS) British actress Kelly Brook arrived in the Caribbean Sunday and is hoping for a relaxing break to get over her split from rugby player Danny Cipriani earlier.
The 30-year-old appeared distant and withdrawn as she landed there. Early this month, the two decided to ‘take a break’ from their relationship after 22 months together, despite Kelly having made the difficult decision to relocate to Australia with Cipriani after he signed up to play rugby with an Australian team.

However, while the breakup has undoubtedly taken its toll on Kelly, she is said to have put the past behind her and is now ’stronger than ever’ following the split.

“EastEnders” star Preeya Kalidas, who went out with Kelly on a girls’ night last week, told the Mirror: “Kelly is my girl and she needed cheering up, so I took her for dinner. She is stronger than ever. Break-ups are hard. Even if it’s on your terms. We went back to my place and watched glam DVDs.”

Kelly has been ensuring she has been keeping busy after the split, going out with girlfriends and even sharing a night out with “Glee” star Matthew Morrison as they watched the World Cup together.

And while Kelly looked slightly upset as she arrived in the Caribbean, she soon cheered up and shared a laugh with waiting paparazzi before being whisked off to her hotel.
