Shilpa Shetty-Raj Kundra couldn’t have asked for more. After a giddying round of partying and holidaying, Shilpa is now in London for her wedding reception scheduled on Wednesday in the House of Commons.

Excited and nervous Shilpa said on Tuesday, “The House of Commons reception is being thrown for Raj and me by British MP Keith Vaz who’s a dear friend of ours.” Shilpa is over the moon and feels marriage is something she should have done much earlier. Speaking from London on her majestic Mediterranean cruise with her husband and their two families, Shilpa says, “I don’t know why I didn’t get married earlier! Marriage is wonderful when the man whom you marry is good and mine is wonderful! Touchwood; I’m loving every minute of my marriage.”

Now Shilpa can’t wait to get back to Mumbai on January 8. “I’m missing Mumbai and can’t wait to get back,” she signs off with a big smile.
