Keith Olbermann to present ‘Countdown’

Los Angeles, May 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Keith Olbermann has found himself with a new job. He will be presenting the show “Countdown” on the network Current TV. The show will start airing on the 20th of June on the network.

Olbermann is a veteran in television presentation. He presented “Countdown” on ESPN for years and later picked up a new job as a political commentator on the network MSNBC. Time magazine gave some insight on who Olbermann might invite to his show in the maiden editions. The magazine reported that Olbermann have lined up Richard Lewis, Michael Moore and Ken Burns for the early episodes.

Since he left his job on ESPN, Olbermann has kept his fans updated on his views regarding sports and other things. As always, Olbermann’s tweets are hilarious. He also discusses some serious issues on his Twitter page including his take on Moore’s recent comments on Osama bin Laden and Jorge Posada’s tantrums.

Olbermann’s tweets have got him more than 280,000 followers on the micro blog. One of his favorite posts is the column that he calls “Worst Persons of the Day.”

“Countdown” will premiere on Current TV from the 20th of June.
