Los Angeles, Apr 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) 23 year-old Kayden Nguyen has come out with a harrowing tale of sex trade and abuse. Out of the ordeal, Kayden Nguyen has however not maintained silence and has sued the alleged ‘criminal’. Kayden Nguyen has on Monday, filed a civil lawsuit against American action movie actor Steven Seagal. The charges brought against him allegedly are sexual harassment in violation of labor laws, retaliation, illegal sex trafficking, false representations of employment details and wrongful termination. Reports claim that Steven Seagal has been charged with 6 counts, of which if proved guilty, the actor might have to shell out damages more than $1 million.

According to Kayden Nguyen, the plaintiff, Steven Seagal had appointed her as an executive assistant in February this year. However, after her appointment she was immediately asked to follow the star to New Orleans where he was shooting for “Steven Seagal Lawman” for A&E. After reaching the place, Kayden Nguyen alleges that she had found that the actor was keeping two more Russian female “attendants” who were doing the job of satisfying the sexual desires of the actor on call 24×7. Kayden Nguyen reveals that she was also forced to do the same by Steven Seagal. He treated her like a “sex toy” on the very first night. She had also disclosed in her lawsuit the ordeal since then and how she had escaped from his clutches.

However, it is still not known why Kayden Nguyen had filed a civil Lawsuit instead of a criminal lawsuit. After the revelation of the fact, neither spokesperson of A&E nor the attorney of Steven Seagal have made any public statement or replied to any messages reportedly.
