Kaushik Ganguly gears up for his next film
September 9th, 2010 - 3:19 pm ICT by Sampurn WireSeptember 9, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Kaushik Ganguly has just finished his new movie “Arekti Premer golpo” that stars filmmaker-Rituporno Ghosh in the lead. Kaushik is already preparing to launch his next project, this new film will be a lighter romantic comedy based on a cast of young actors and actresses. The new movie is named “Rang Milanti” and the star cast comprises of Tanaji, Gourab Chakroborty, Ridhima and Indrasish.
Speaking about this upcoming project, kaushik said that it is an urban film about four boys who fall in love with the same girl. Ridhima plays the role of the beautiful girl who works in an Ad-agency and she is confused about which guy to marry. Kaushik is making this film keeping in mind the taste of the young film going crowds and it is going to appeal to their sensibilities.
Right now kaushik is monitoring the script reading session with his lead-cast. The film also stars veteran actors like Saswata Chatterjee, Churni Ganguly and Director Riingo. Previously Kaushik had chosen an older cast but then he changed his mind because newcomers give afresh appeal to the film.
Kaushik is also looking forward to the red carpet premiere for his movie “Arekti Premer Golpo” at the iView Film Festival in New York.
