Katy Perry Offered 340,000 - A - Week To Judge

September 1, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Katy Perry, the ‘Teenage Dream’ singer supposedly impressed show boss Simon Cowell so much as a guest judge, that he now wants her to be the first on the panel for the Stateside Talent Contest. This contest would be launched next year.
A source revealed that American Idol judge, Simon Cowell wants to get the names of the judges signed, sealed and formally announced within a time span of six weeks. He also wants at least one huge US star; He or she must have earned global recognition additionally, he wants one British and one authoritative male on the judge’s seat.
It is said that Katy was excited to be on board with the package of $340,000 – a - show. It is also revealed that Jennifer Lopez was also a serious deliberation along with her husband Marc Anthony. Mariah Carey’s actor husband Nick Cannon, was also considered, but it was Perry who shown brighter than the others.
