Katrina Kaif Wants To Go Green On Her Future Wedding Day

August 16, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Everyone from politician to social activist to film star is jumping on to the bandwagon of green revolution. The luscious Bollywood belle Katrina Kaif has decided to wear something green on her wedding day.
Though the actress herself does not know when she will get married, her decision may be an attempt to contribute to the globalization of this revolution for the sake of mother earth.
A source close to the actress says that Kaif has chosen green as the color of her bridal finery. When asked, Katrina says that she does not have any marriage plans right now. She has a two-year-long way to go for marriage. The charming lass said that she doesn’t know what fate has in store for her. Marriage will happen when it is destined to happen. But whenever it be, she would like to be dressed up in green.
Is green her favorite color? The Nakshatra brand ambassador says that she herself does wonder why she takes fancy to this particular color as the leitmotif of her wedding outfits.
Recently at the inaugural ceremony of the India International Jewellery Week, she scorched the ramp while showcasing the dazzling Nakshatra bridal collection. Wearing a jewel-studded, peach colored lehenga from Neeta Lulla’s collections, Katrina showcased an exclusive diamond set based on the seven-store floral design. Talking about her association with the leading jewellery brand, she remarked that the iconic brand symbolizes elegance of Indian beauty.
