Katie Price to divorce Alex on the date of their 1st anniversary

Los Angeles, Feb 2 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Reports indicate that Katie Price wants to give Alex Reid his worse first anniversary present – divorce papers. The couple has been living separately for sometime now.
Katie and Reid have had a very nasty pre-divorce period. There have been several claims and counter-claims from the two. On why Katie would want to file her divorce papers on her wedding anniversary, source close to the glamour model claim said it was her lawyer’s advice. The lawyer believes that the anniversary date is the earliest that they can start processing the divorce papers.
The Sun reports that Katie and Reid had a meeting on Monday on the divorce. After the meeting, Reid finally agreed to go ahead with the divorce proceedings. The Sun’s report said Reid admitted for the first time that he can’t make the marriage work again.
A source told the newspaper that, “She told Alex she will petition for divorce as soon as possible, which is a week on Thursday. He has agreed. This is one of several significant gestures on his part.”
Reid has refused to vacate the mansion that the couple currently lives in. He is determined to stay in the house until at least the divorce proceeding is completed.
