Katie Price And Alex Reid: The Latest Split To Hit The Tinsel Town

The tinsel villa is a place where link-ups and break-ups are happening all the time. Just when we think that this couple is here to stay, some rift takes place and we witness a splits villa. So, the latest break up is that of Katie Price and her husband Alex Reid.
The two had tied the knot in 2010 but in less than a year they have called it quits. Katie has released a public statement wherein she cites that the two have been facing a slew of difficulties over the past few months and they have found it impossible to find a solution.
Speaking about the reasons of the break up, Katie states that she had made a mistake by jumping into matrimony too quickly. Now she realises that Alex is no longer the man with whom she had fallen in love. She blames Alex for his unacceptable behaviour which has led to differences in their relationship.
Katie embarked on a relationship with Alex in May 2009 after her break up with ex husband Peter Andre. After divorcing Andre, she found solace in the arms of Alex who proposed her expressing his desire to walk the aisle with the famed model.
But post marriage, as Katie maintains, Alex became overambitious and greedy for limelight. But his ardent desire to become a celebrity caused a dent in their relationship which spawned some irreconcilable differences.
Katie is also a mother of 3 kids (2 from Peter Andre and 1 from a previous relationship) and is currently prioritising their safety and security. Alas, another love story goes to the grave!
