Kathie Lee Gifford blasted for calling parents of drug addicts as failures

Kathie said that the parents who cannot control their sons or daughters from drug addiction are failures. This happened when she was participating in an interview in the Show Hubris. The 58 year old admitted that she is not a perfect mother to her kids but she can control any form of addiction caused by drugs from her kids. She then supported her idea in the Family Circle Magazine by saying that she must be a good example for her kids.
Her remarks made many to unveil their genuine views. Many parents flocked around her Facebook page saying that those comments were unfair to the addicts’ parents. There is one person who made a phone call to the show and said that Kathie is a thoughtless human being. A listener said that parents should not be fully blamed for their children failure. You should however not judge a parent of an addict until you walk in their shoes and experience the up and downs they go through while trying to change their daughters and sons from the drug addiction.
