Katherine Jenkins calls police after Twitter threats
August 27th, 2012 - 9:51 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattSouth Wales, Aug 27 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The 32 year old singer, Katherine Jenkins have been experiencing threats on her Twitter page regarding her say on the rumors that she had an affair with the famous football player, David Beckham. She had visited the social media to confirm her allegations that she has an affair with David. She however declined the allegations claiming that she and David Beckham are only good friends and they have only met twice.
After she was done with the interview she went back home and visited her Twitter page. She was surprised with what caught her eyes first.
She received threats related to her life and she could not wait any longer until she informed the police. Through informing the police she became assured of her security. She was so frighten with the death threats to the extent of reporting the matter and insisting that she had no bad intentions when she confirmed the rumors of her affair with David Beckham. She however reported the two tweets and the police are now carrying out their investigations and securing Katherine from any harm.
According to her, it was a must for her to confirm the rumors because she was hurt by what people were saying about her and she also feared to loose her fans.
