London, September 18 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine will receive more than 1 million dollars a year from his estate, as per the court’s order.

The allotment is meant for the Jacksons matriarch and her three grandchildren, who are in her custody.

Katherine will be receiving a sum of 26,804 dollars a month for herself apart from a monthly allowance of 60,000 dollars for the three kids- Prince Michael, 11, Paris Michael Katherine, nine, and Prince Michael II a.k.a Blanket.

A judge in Los Angeles had taken the decision in August, however the details were kept confidential, reports the BBC News.

It has emerged that the King of Pop’s mother wanted to keep the figures secret but Judge Mitchell Beckloff said he did not think the total amount could remain sealed.

Seemingly, the documents presented in the court do not brief how the childrens’ allowance is being spent.

However, it reportedly states that 315,000 dollars a year is paid to employees caring for them and another 160,000 dollars is granted for entertainment and other expenses.

Meanwhile, the judge has fixed another court hearing in October for a progress report on the children. (ANI)
