Katherine Heigl’s ‘One for the Money’ postponed yet again
March 18th, 2011 - 10:52 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Mar 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Katherine Heigl’s movie – ‘One for the Money’ has been postponed yet again. And from the look of it, there is a slight chance that this time it has been bumped for some time at least.
It ought to be mentioned that earlier it was to be have a 8th July release, but top starrer ‘Horrible Bosses’ was releasing on that very day. And it is full of top names such as Jennifer Aniston, Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Colin Farrell, Jamie Foxx and Kevin Spacey. So understandably the producers of ‘One for the Money’ didn’t want to take such a big risk with a head-on clash. So they had no choice but to push the release of their move a bit earlier to 3rd of June.
However unfortunately, on that very day, ‘X-Men: First Class’ was releasing so it wasn’t such a good idea either.
According to EW, a Lionsgate representative said on the matter that, “We just want to find the right home for [the film] and that [date] didn’t feel like it.” The movie “One for the Money” has Katherine’s co-stars as John Leguizamo and Sherri Shepherd and it is based on a book by Janet Evanovich.
