The morning talk show Live with Regis and Kelly started off a bit embarrassing for one gentleman in the audience. We won’t say his name incase what Regis asked is true, “Are you in the witness protection program.” I’m sure he’s not, but he did try awfully hard to avoid being on camera. So Joe, the ex-baker now writer without a job he said when asked if you are reading this I hope you are not embarrassed. Although it was amusing how the show decided to keep you on camera in a little square box on the bottom of the screen.

Emmy award winner Katherine Heigl was a guest on the show. Her hair dyed dark brown for her next movie look amazingly good. Her departure on Grey’s Anatomy she said was bittersweet and she missed the great cast. Katherine played Dr. Izzie Stephens, she departed the show in February 2010 after her movie career and motherhood t ook over her life. Killers her movie now playing in theaters across the country starring Ashton Kutcher, who she described as great fun to work with, plays her husband. Jen (Katherine Heigl) discovers Simon (Ashton) without knowing that he is an International Super Spy.

John Corbett promoted his new movie Sex in the City 2, his partner of eight years Bo Derek star of the movie 10 almost 30 years ago at his side on the talk show. John played character Aiden ten years ago on the HBO series Sex and the City, who reprises his role of the character in the new movie. He meets up with Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) his once love, in Morocco without neither of them knowing the other was there, as you can figure out causes some confusion in both their present lives in the movie.

The Coast-to-Coast Fire House Cook Off continues with cook Firefighter R.J. Schenelker from San Francisco prepare his winning recipe Meat Stuffed Meat. Ingredie nts Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Minced Onions, Garlic and Ginger as the marinade for his stuffed steak.
