Katherine Heigl bids adieu to ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ by becoming a blonde again

She is also celebrating her departure from the show, by becoming a blonde again. Her exit episode has already aired on the show, and a representative of ABC has also confirmed that the show and Katherine have parted ways.
She was spotted on Wednesday on the sets of her new movie ‘Killers’. She stars in this action movie with Ashton Kutcher. The storyline of the movie is that Ashton Kuchter and Katherine get married, and soon the new bride discovers that her husband is in reality a member of the CIA.
The creator of the Grey’s Anatomy show – Shonda Rhimes was very upset with the actress, as she has been absent from the show for a long time now. In the current season also, she had taken a break to shoot a movie, and to also spend some quality time with her husband Josh Kelley and his adopted daughter Nancy Leigh. She has been notorious for being absent from the show at every conceivable opportunity. It was also reported that she was supposed to be back on the sets, on the 1st of March 2010, to wrap up the 5 remaining episodes of the show, but she didn’t turn up. Finally the creator of the show, and the producers had no option, but to release her from her contract.
