Katharine McPhee’s New Album “UnBroken”

Jan 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Katharine McPhee hogged limelight for the first time when she stood second in American Idol’s 5th season. However, she did not sit content with her achievement and released her debut album soon. She said that the contestants need to decide their next course of action after the contest to survive in the industry. Her new album titled ‘Unbroken’ is scheduled to be released today. She wrote some of the songs in her second album and also got inputs from reputed songwriters like Ingrid Michaelson and Paula Cole. However, she was not nervous as she had to work with them. To the contrary, she said that the experience of collaboration with the established stars was exciting.
Katharine McPhee is often asked whether she keeps in touch with her fellow participants in American Idol. She has said that she is still in touch with more or less all of them. She has her hands full after the release of her latest album and a tour is also on the cards. The response to her debut album was good and from the response of her fans it seems that the second one will be a winner.
When she is asked why she has colored her long dark tresses for promoting her new album, the rising singing sensation chose to dazzle all with her smile instead. She has made the start all right and with proper follow ups, can be counted among the next singing sensations of the nation. With her new album out in the store now, it is just a matter of days that her future fate in the industry will be brought to light.
