Katharine Mcphee Gives A Stunning Performance At The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

katNew York City, Nov.27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) All the fans of the American pop artist Katharine Mcphee were in for a treat as the former American Idol contestant performed at the 83rd Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday at New York City. The singer gave a stunning performance at the parade as she singed her latest track “Had It All” from her upcoming album “Unbroken” which is scheduled to be releasing next year in the month of January.

At the same time, the 25 year old singer who was looking extremely fashionable gave a mesmerizing performance, was immensely enjoyed by the thousands of people taking part in the event. This year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade also witnessed many other amazing performances by noted artists such as Emily Hughes, Andrea Bocelli, Jimmy Fallon, Boys Like Girls, Gloria Gaynor, Alan Cumming, Billy Currington, The Roots,Ziggy Marley with Judah Marley among others.

The event turned out to be immensely successful as thousands of revelers thronged the streets to catch a glimpse of the spectacular and colorful parade. Meanwhile, this was the very first time that the route of the parade bypassed the Broadway and it went south from the Upper West Side and concluded at the Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square.

This year’s annual thanksgiving parade also captured the city’s festive mood as turkey, pumpkin pies, clowns as well as marching bands lined the parade route. At the same time, colorful and giant balloons depicting comic heroes and funny characters were seen dominating the skyline of the city.
