Arun Adit is making his debut, while Genelia is the lead for film “Katha’ which is produced by Urmila Gunnam under the banner of Just Yellow Media Pvt Ltd. The film sees the debut of Srinivas Raga as director.

Salted to release on December 11, the dialogues of “Katha’ are scripted by Gunnam Gangaraju. In this romantic thriller, Genelia is playing the role of a schoolteacher who is stationed at a hill station, while Arun is playing the role of a writer.

Gangaraju says, “We have completed the censor formalities and bagged U-A certificate for our movie. Like many of our movies earlier, this film will also have a story, which has some novelty. We have shot the film with good production values. Both Genelia and Arun did their jobs well. The characterization of Genelia would be different. SK Balachandran scored music and the audio is getting a positive response.”

Prakash Raj, Shafi, Raghubabu are in the cast. Art is by Ravinder, while camera is by Andrew.
