New York, March 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Kate Snow, one of the most popular anchors of ABC’s “Good Morning America” weekend show has reportedly decided to join the NBC. The declaration was made in front of the media by David Corvo, the NBC’s “Dateline” executive producer. NBC is looking forward to the joining of Kate Snow as she is considered as one of the most talented and dynamic news reporter. Kate Snow is expected to join the new news channel within a few months, according to reports.

Kate Snow will join the new crew as a news correspondent. However while declaring the news, David Corvo reportedly referred to Kate Snow as a whole “Package” who will be given the task of covering breaking news and at the same time writing for the channel. She would be also taking interviews of eminent personalities in “Dateline”. Therefore according to many, Kate Snow will be able to realize her full potential in the new channel. Before joining ABC back in the year 2003, Kate Snow had worked for CNN for sometime. Her joining ABC’s weekend “Good Morning America” was analyzed by many as a step forward for the most popular weekday “Good Morning American” edition.

Kate Snow’s decision to leave the ABC Network comes after the channel assigned the vacant position left by Diane Sawyer to Juju Chang. Kate Snow, who co-anchors the weekend edition of the show was an expected replacement for Diane Sawyer. Kate Snow is one of the most popular news anchors and under ABC she covered the two Presidential Elections of America, 2004 and 2008. Recently, she was also seen covering for ABC the earthquake devastation in Haiti.
