Kate Hudson’s ‘Something Borrowed’ to release May 27

Los Angeles, May 1 (IANS) Actresses Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin starrer “Something Borrowed”, based on Emily Giffin’s novel of the same name, is set to hit theatres worldwide May 27.
PVR Pictures is releasing director Luke Greenfield’s film in India. The story revolves around two friends - Rachel (Ginnifer), a talented attorney at a top New York law firm, and her a generous and loyal and engaged best friend Darcy (Kate Hudson).
Rachel’s life goes on a tricky path after she celebrates her 30th birthday - she unexpectedly ends up in the arms of Dex (Colin Egglesfield), the guy she’s had a crush on since law school and who is now engaged to Darcy.
As one thing leads to another in the frantic weeks leading up to Darcy’s wedding, Rachel finds herself in an impossible situation - caught between her treasured friendship with Darcy and the love of her life.
The star cast of the film also includes John Krasinski and Steve Howey.
