The reality show star Kate Gosselin sported a new hair do on the ABC network’s “The View,” the show on which she has been appearing as a co-host for the past two of three days. No doubt that the new look has also drawn a lot of attention and attracted a lot of opinion, but the general consensus is that, this look tones down some hard angles of her face and makes her look much more glamorous.

While appearing on the show, Kate said, “The girls back there did it.” Her line of reference was to the hair stylists for the ABC show. So, it cleared the air, that Gosselin had not actually trimmed her locks any further but her length was merely modified and altered by the the in house hair styling team at ABC.

The hair styling team had taken off Gosselin’s usually heavier side bangs and spiky back bits, giving her hair a soft, wavy tuft, which settled well with her face. The look instantly highlighted the odd angles of the face and provided a look that gelled with the multi tasking single mom image that Gosselin is attempting to portray in the recent days. The hair do transformed her look somewhat.

According to various sources, it comes to light that it was the hair styling team at the ABC who had convinced Kate to go for the look and from the ensuing buzz that has been created post the airing, it proves that the styling team’s instincts were right. This particular look was sported by the guest co-host on Tuesday, the 15th of September.
