Kate Gosselin’s Ex-Husband To Sue Her For Neglecting Her Duties As “MOM”

Allentown, Apr 7, (THAINDIAN NEWS) While Kate Gosselin is busy with her performance in the reality T.V show “Dancing with the Stars”, her ex-husband Jon Gosselin is busy in court, trying to get the primary custody of the former couple’s eight children reportedly. According to sources, Jon Gosselin’s lawyer Anthony List has revealed to the media that the former will file papers at the Berks County in Pennsylvania this week asking the court to reopen their divorce settlement case which had given the custody of the children to Kate Gosselin.
According to the lawyer, the mother of eight is busy with her performances in the ABC’s dance show and is neglecting her parenting duties. The lawyer also alleged that the parenting duties of the kids for the most part now are being performed by three nannies. The lawyer reportedly called Kate Gosselin an “absentee mother”. Anthony List allegedly said that Kate Gosselin is pursuing her career at the expense of her eight children. According to him, the life of the children under the custody of Kate Gosselin is “topsy-turvy” and that it is only Jon Gosselin who can provide stability to them. Apart from the primary custody issue, Jon Gosselin reportedly wants a modification in the $21,000-per-month child support which according to his lawyer is “horrific”.
However, the lawyer of Kate Gosselin has maintained that for the actress her children is her world. He went on to say that she had never neglected her duty towards her children and asserted that if Jon Gosselin goes to the court to file for the custody of the children then the latter would receive the answer at the court.
