Los Angeles, June 7, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Kate Gosselin has revealed during her chat with the host of the “Today” show of NBC that her ex-husband Jon Gosselin has withdrawn the full custody suit regarding their eight children from the court.

She also added that at present she and Jon Gosselin are sharing an “amicable” relationship. Kate Gosselin’s remark comes as a revelation as neither Jon Gosselin himself nor his attorney has made any public statement on the withdrawal of the custody suit.

On the “Today” show last Friday, Kate Gosselin told to the host that the “custody mess” was dropped by Jon Gosselin who she thinks has understood that it is better for the kids to remain at their house, in a place where they belong to with their mother for most of the time.

She added that at the present moment everything is peaceful between the two. However all was not so a year ago and Kate Gosselin says that if it would have been possible for her, she would have preferred to erase the memory of the whole last year from her mind.

However, Kate Gosselin told to the host that still some decisions and behaviors of Jon Gosselin bring problems to her and her kids’ lives. When asked about her ex-husband’s new girlfriend, Kate Gosselin said, “Jon’s decisions remain Jon’s decisions”.

She said that the kids, who have been introduced to the 23-year-old new girlfriend of Jon Gosselin, keep on asking about his girlfriends and that she has not only to face the inquisitive minds but also answer them.
