Feb 9, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Reality star Kate Gosselin has managed to hit headlines once again as she was recently spotted with a brand new hair style. The television star finally got rid of her hair extensions and was spotted with a sleek straight shoulder-length hairdo on Friday.

The reality star who is best known for starring in the series “Jon & Kate Plus 8″, was seen leaving the New York hair salon of Ted Gibson after chopping off few inches of her hair. Interestingly, Ted Gibson who is known to be the hairstylist of the TLC’s popular makeover reality series “What Not To Wear”, was the one responsible for adding the extensions in the reality star’s original short, blonde hair in the month of January. Kate Gosselin had reportedly spent a whopping $7,000 in the hair extensions last month which took nearly twenty hours to complete. However, the mother of eight is said to have hated the look which propelled her to undergo a transformation once again. Moreover, a source close to the television star has implied that Kate Gosselin thought that her hair looked damaged and possessed with the extensions.

While talking about the reality star’s brand new hairdo, hairstylist Ted Gibson added that Kate Gosselin needed a trim as her own hair had grown and he intended to give her a straight as well as a sexy look. However, the hair stylist surely turned out to be successful while giving Kate Gosselin the makeover, as the reality star looked stunning with her new hairdo when she was spotted exiting the hair salon.
