Karthi’s ‘Naan Mahan Alla’ In August

June 7, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Karthi’s continuous hat trick of successes with “Paruthiveeran’, “Aayirathil Oruvan’ and “Paiyaa’ has earned a prominent place for the actor in Kollywood. Apart from his K-town triumphs, the actor has got a large group of fans following him in Andhra Pradesh as the dubbed versions of “Aayirathil Oruvan’ and “Paiyaa’ have done a great business at Tollywood box office.

As of now, the actor has completed shooting for his “Naan Mahan Alla’ and buzzes of the producers planning to release the film in August is afloat. The film is directed by Susindran of “Vennila Kabadi Kulu’ fame and is produced by K.E. Gnyanavel Rajan of Studio Green Films.

According to the sources, the film’s shooting has been completed at Pondicherry and will have a the post production works wrapping up very shortly. Apart from this film, Karthi’s untitled remake of the Telugu movie “Vikramakudu’ is on the floors too.

It’s worth mentioning that Karthi’s elder brother Surya will also have his trilingual film “Raktha Charithram’ hitting the screens in August.
