Well, the fact that she must be enjoying the festivities every year is a totally different story. But the fact that most of her movies have in evidently been released during this festive occasion and have seen success at the box office is actually another ball game altogether.

As some factual reports in tabloids suggest, Karena’s success story in her career with the right kind of roles could also be attributed to the fact that she is lucky that the film makers decide to release most of her films during Diwali. Even though all her films did not do extremely well, but most of them which released during the festive season did bring in a lot of moolahs.

Now taking into consideration the recently released Golmaal 3, it has seen quite a great rate of success at the box office despite having another big banner film released along side with it. But the other film released with other super stars was a squib and was not well received by the audiences; rather it was Bebo’s film which tasted sweet success with great collections in the box office collections.

Well earlier too, it was also during Diwali that her film Main Aur Mrs. Khanna was released, but it was not well received by the audiences. However 3 Idiots released on Christmas in the same year was a complete record breaking hit!

Well, it was again during Diwali that saw the release of her film Jab We Met that gave her an amazing hit. Well so to speak, this trend of releasing Kareena’s films during the festive season is turning out to be quite lucky for her. Reports doing the rounds also suggest that Shahrukh Khan’s home production starring Kareena as the female lead will also release during Diwali next year.

So, with the hope that her forth coming flicks too will be huge hits too we do look forward to her upcoming release!
