Kara DioGuardi to judge reality show ‘Going Platinum’ on Bravo
October 28th, 2010 - 12:13 am ICT by Angela Kaye MasonLos Angeles, Oct 27 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former judge on the “American Idol” show, Kara DioGuardi has signed a new deal with an upcoming reality show “Going Platinum” to be a judge on the show. The show is the product of the network Bravo and the network confirmed the choice of Kara on the show’s list of judges.
The show will unearth singers and songwriters.
Revealing her delight with the show, Kara revealed that, “I am happy to be a part of a show that helps up and coming songwriters pursue their dreams, while giving the public a look into the creative process.”
Former Nashville Star host and judge Jewel will host the show. Jewel will also be on the panel of judges with Kara. Kara was amongst the first judges of American Idol show. Her experience on the show will come in handy is this new show.
Going Platinum is set to challenge other reality shows like “American Idol” and “X-Factor” for popularity in the United States and beyond.
Kara was unceremoniously sacked from the panel of judges on the American Idol show. We all hope that Going Platinum helps unearth some real talents.
