Aug 23, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Chelsea Handler, the host of upcoming MTV Video Music Awards, in her recent interview has spoken about her wish to reunite Kanye West and Taylor Swift. In last year’s Video Music Award function Kanye West and Taylor Swift made headlines when the former interrupted latter’s acceptance speech for Best Female Video and had snatched the microphone away from the “Fifteen” singer. Since then both the singers have not seen eye to eye exactly.

Chelsea Handler told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show that she is actively exploring ways to get the two singers together during the show. Chelsea Handler said that she is planning to do something “clever” to do with them as it would be real fun if they reunite. She also added that everyone loves Taylor Swift and Kanye West and the audience will love to see them together.

Chelsea Handler, in her interview also added that Kanye West and Taylor Swift were supposed to appear together on “Saturday Night Live” but that did not happen in the end. The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on September 12, 2010 at 9 p.m. Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, Emma Stone, Ne-Yo, Penn Badgley, Trey Songz, Ke$ha and Ashley Greene are announced as presenters of this prestigious award function. Kanye West, Drake, Justin Bieber, B.O.B., Florence and the Machine will be the musical guests of the show. When asked if Chelsea Handler is nervous about hosting the show, she replied that she thinks she is in good hands.
