Kandi Burruss Mourns Ashley Jewell’s Death

Oct 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It was a shocking moment for the reality TV star Kandi Burruss when she got the news that her ex-fiance Ashley Jewell has passed away after succumbing to the head injuries that he suffered during an alleged altercation that broke out at a strip club. Burruss, who had parted ways with Ashley was seemingly shocked and stunned as she found it hard to come to terms with the slew of events regarding Ashley’s death. Sources revealed that the star reacted over the incident via her Tweeter account.
“The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” star expressed her state of mind via her Twitter page. She reportedly described the whole incident by posting, “im about 2 giv my swollen eyes sum rest now. i just wanted to say thanks 2 every1 for their prayers. i gotta get up & go to my uncle’s funeral.” Soon after Kandi updated her post as she wrote, “I could never n a million years imagine this happening. please pray for AJ’s children. that’s who im the most concerned 4.”
The incident occurred at a parking lot outside a strip club when an alleged drunken brawl broke out between Ashley and a person. During the alleged altercation Ashley suffered serious blows on his head which resulted in his sad demise. The police have reportedly charged a person identified as Fredrick Richardson for voluntary manslaughter.
Ashley and Burruss broke their engagement in August due to some irreconcilable differences between the two. According to the sources, Kandi’s Myspace account has been clogged by the fans who are sending their condolences for both Jewel’s children and Burruss.
